These rules keep auctions fair for buyers and sellers. Staff enforce them, and breaking them can cost you your place in the auctions.
Bids are binding
A bid is a commitment to buy at that price if you win. Only bid what you can pay. Removing a bid is for honest mistakes, not for testing prices or pushing other bidders up.
No auction ghosting
Winners and sellers must reply in the trade room within 24 hours of it opening, and finish the trade within 72 hours unless staff agree to more time. Disappearing after you win, or after your item sells, is ghosting. The auction may go to the next bidder, and the player who ghosted gets a strike.
List honestly
Sellers must own every item they list and be able to hand it over. Counts, stats, colours and screenshots must match what will be traded. No bait listings, no items you've already sold elsewhere, and no changing the deal after the auction ends.
No shill bidding
Never bid on your own auction, from an alt account, or through friends to raise the price. Agreeing with other bidders to keep a price low counts too.
Trade in the trade room
Arrange the hand-over in the trade room so staff can see it. Don't message bidders privately to take a sale outside the auction, and don't pressure anyone to trade off the record.
Pay and deliver as agreed
The winning price is final. Pay or deliver in full, on the platform and server the auction states. Partial deliveries, swapped items and short payments count as a failed trade.
No scams
Scamming, impersonating staff, faking proof of payment or delivery, and chargebacks get you removed from auctions for good, and may be reported to Discord.
Be respectful
No harassment, threats, insults, outbid taunting or spam in auction channels, tickets or trade rooms.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, stop and tell staff in the trade room or in the support channel in our Discord server. Keep your screenshots. Staff decisions on disputes are final.
Penalties
- Warning for a first minor issue.
- Strike for ghosting, a failed trade or a broken rule.
- Auction ban, temporary or permanent, for repeated strikes.
- Permanent ban straight away for scams, shill bidding or impersonating staff.
Staff can remove any listing or bid that breaks these rules, and may update them at any time. Everyone using the bot must also follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
