These terms apply when you use the Small Tribes Auctions Discord bot or this website (together, "the service"). By using the service you agree to them and to the house rules.
What the service does
The service is a tool for running auctions inside Discord servers. It posts auction listings, records bids, runs timers, picks winners and opens trade rooms. Trades themselves happen between players, in game.
What it doesn't do
- It does not process payments, hold items, or act as a seller, buyer or escrow.
- It does not guarantee that any trade will be completed, or that a listing is accurate. Sellers are responsible for their listings, and both sides for their trades.
Who can use it
You must meet Discord's minimum age and follow Discord's Terms of Service. Each server that uses the bot sets its own staff and may add its own rules.
Your content
You're responsible for what you post in listings and tickets. Don't post anything illegal, harmful, or that you don't have the right to share. You allow the service to show your listing (text and screenshots) as an auction in the server where you posted it.
Suspension
Server staff can remove listings and bids and suspend players from auctions under the house rules. We can stop providing the service to any user or server that misuses it.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for lost items, failed trades, or any indirect loss from using the service.
Third parties
Small Tribes Auctions isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Studio Wildcard, Snail Games or Discord. ARK: Survival Ascended and its items belong to their owners. You're responsible for following the game's own terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service means you accept it.
